Roof Windows

A selection of roof windows that convert attics into cozy living areas. The primary difference between a roof window and a skylight is that a roof window opens like a traditional window, either on side hinges or by pivoting at the center or top. Roof windows can be operated manually with a handle and are also available in electric versions.

Top hung and pivot

Top-hung and pivot window can open up to 45°. With two independent opening mechanisms, the innovative hardware system ensures complete stability of the sash in both functions, providing high durability and safe operation.

Centre pivot

Centre pivot windows are the most popular type of roof windows. The well-designed centre pivot permits the sash to be opened in a range of positions, thus increasing the volume of fresh air that can be drawn into the room.

Highly energy-efficient

The glazing unit is set in a particularly designed sash frame. It has wider wooden profiles, compared with a standard window. This design reduces the occurrence of thermal bridges and delivers better insulation of the window.

High pivot

A pivot roof window with a raised axis of rotation above the center of the window creates more space to stand under when the window is open. The sash is supported by an innovative supporting mechanism allowing the window to open anywhere from 0 to 45 degrees.

Balcony window

An innovative, large roof window that opens into a balcony. The upper sash opens upwards while the lower sash opens forward to create a balcony bay. The window stays open anywhere along the 0 to 45 degree opening range.

L- shaped combination window

L-shaped windows are designed to connect a vertical window with a roof window.

Energy efficient fixed roof window

The sash is permanently fixed in the frame by means of screws – no possibility of opening the sash, windows can be installed very low above the floor level.
