Since my first contact with Ed he has been friendly and informative. My ladder was not a normal size and a new ladder had to be special ordered. He kept in the loop. Today Ed and helper arrived on time and ready to go. They moved what was in the way, laid a tarp and kept the mess to a minimum. Upon completion and my inspection they cleaned up and left it like they were never there. Now just some paint. I am very pleased and will defimatly recomend.

Edward is knowledgeable, responsive and forthcoming. Initial consultation: Replace existing pull down attic stairs. After measuring, Edward suggested three types of pull down stairs that would work and after discussing the various options & costs the Fakro LWT Thermo was chosen. Installation: Edward and Brian arrived on time. They covered the floor with drop cloths & put “booties” over their shoes to keep floors clean. They removed the old pull down stairs and then installed the new Fakro LWT Wooden Thermo Attic Ladder. Before they left the entire area was cleared and vacuumed. Both Edward and Brian are great installers. A small defect was noted in the door lid/cover and within 2 weeks I had a new door/lid! I chose to add an optional Fakro LXH-A Metal Handrail for the top of the stairs in the attic. The hand rail works great to help step up from the last ladder step and especially when stepping down from the attic. Please note the ladder does have an attached handrail, this was added for extra safety. I highly recommend ATTICRAFT.
